Age Requirements

The minimum age for Liberty Spa guests is 18. The Minimum age for spa treatments is 16, Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult during treatment.

Medical Conditions

Some of the treatments we offer are not suitable for guests with certain medical ailments and conditions. Therefore, we ask that you draw to our attention to this prior to your arrival in the spa. Selected treatments can be adapted to suit, please allow our spa team to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you.

Arrival Time

If you are having an individual treatment, we recommend you arrive at the Liberty Leisure reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to allow sufficient time to check in. This also applies to Spa day guests. Late arrival may mean that the scheduled time is reduced or unable to be honoured. The cancellation policy will still apply.

Payment Policy

All Bookings must be paid during the reservation.

What to Wear and Bring

Appropriate swimwear is obligatory within the wet area, Robes must be worn when moving around the spa over swimwear. Upon arrival Spa day guests will be provided with a padlock, robe, towel and pair of slippers within a Liberty Spa bag. Robe, towel & padlock remain the property of Liberty Leisure, these items are to be returned upon check out at Liberty Leisure main reception. The slippers & bag are yours to take away with you.


Please be aware that when you book for an individual treatment this allows you within Liberty Spa treatment area alone. This does not allow any access to the relaxation rooms or spa wet area. You may have use of Liberty Spa restaurant after treatment time to purchase food & beverage this may be subject to availability. Your treatment time as advertised includes consultation and aftercare as a complimentary service.

Spa Etiquette

Our ethos is around the nature and well-being to preserve the tranquillity of Liberty Spa, we request that all guests use silent mode on electrical devices and refrain from taking telephone calls within the spa area. Filming and photography are not permitted in the changing areas. Smoking and smoking devices are not permitted within and of the indoor areas. Its lovely to catch up with friends but we do ask that when you are enjoying the relaxation rooms and treatment areas you keep your voice to a whisper.

Food & Beverage

Only food and beverage purchased with in the premises can be consumed around the spa area. Please be aware that we operate a challenge 25 policy and should you be lucky enough to look younger please remember to bring proof of age to the spa when you visit. We request you show full consideration towards risks as well as your fellow guests and staff and refrain from excessive, noisy or disruptive behaviour. We reserve the right to refuse you alcohol and / access to facilities. Guests purchasing additional food and beverage will be asked for payment at time of ordering. Packages including food and beverage must be taken in our Liberty Spa Lounge Bar.

Dietary Requirements

We are more than happy to plan and cater for dietary requirements as long as you give us adequate notice and in advance of your arrival, no less than 48 hours.

Lost Property

All lost property found on the premises should be handing into Liberty Leisure reception. Items will be stored up to 1 month, if they are not collected within this time they will be donated to local charities. Liquids, under garments and hair brushes are discarded due to hygiene. Please be advised all valuables are left at their owner’s risk and Liberty Leisure will not be held responsible for any losses or damage.

Cancelation policy

Spa Day packages and treatments must be paid in full at time of booking. This is non-refundable unless a cancellation or change of date is made 72 hours in advance.

Any cancelations with less than 72 hour and more than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge. Change of date may be available subject to availability with more than 72 hours’ notice. Any cancelations or change of date received with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.

Gift Vouchers

You can use our Liberty Spa gift vouchers as full or part payment against spa packages, treatments, products & food/beverage at Liberty Spa. Your purchase amount will be deducted from the voucher balance. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases. Liberty Leisure will not be held liable for lost or stolen vouchers.
When you intend to make payment by voucher, please inform the reservations team at the time of booking. Gift cards must be redeemed at the time of your visit – failure to present your gift card will result in the full cost becoming payable by another payment method.
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
